So I wanted to enter a couple of poetry compositions only to find I cant use any of the poems I like as I have put them on websites and Facebook   inspiration is no were to be seen and most of the entry deadlines are today....  

Sorry for the sudden poetry onslaught, or poetry bomb should I say. Its all I seem to do recently, I do appreciate the feed back so don't be shy to comment     I've been told I should look to get published so if anyone knows anything or someone to try id love to know! xx

Okay, don't believe I've done this before but I'm in the mood to do new things.... I'd also like to say I have made my own group  called Art-In-All-Forms    All submission accepted, nothing and n one turned away so don't me shy fokes! just don't shout at me I'm still trying to understand how things work, so anyone who wants to lend a hand is welcome
